- Fulfil orders, process payments, and deliver invoices.
- Send transactional WhatsApp messages (invoices, wallet recharges).
- Send marketing offers only if you've opted in.
- Improve pricing, menu and operational decisions in aggregate, anonymised form.
Who we share with
Payment processors (Cashfree), WhatsApp / Meta Business Cloud, analytics & error-tracking providers (Sentry), and our own outlet staff to fulfil your order. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Your rights
- Access, correct, or delete your profile from "My Account → Profile".
- Opt out of WhatsApp marketing and push notifications anytime from the same screen.
- Email mashupfoodllp@gmail.com for a full account deletion. We retain audit records mandated by tax law (typically 8 years) but anonymise PII.
