1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Keffi Coffee Exchange platform, including kefficafe.com, the Keffi PWA, and in-store POS terminals (collectively, the "Service") operated by Mashup Food LLP ("Keffi", "we", "us"). By accessing the Service you confirm you are 18+ and accept these Terms in full.
2. Live, market-priced pricing
Drink prices on Keffi fluctuate dynamically based on demand, time of day, available stock and other factors. The price shown at the moment you tap "Add" is the price you will pay for that item — it locks into your cart for the duration of the session. Prices on other devices and at other times may differ.
3. Orders & payment
Placing an order constitutes a binding offer to purchase at the locked-in price. Payments are processed by Cashfree; you authorise Keffi to charge the chosen method (UPI, card, wallet, or cash on pickup as applicable). All amounts are in INR and inclusive of applicable GST (CGST + SGST) unless explicitly stated.
4. Wallet & Keffi Drops
Wallet credits and Keffi Drops (mL-denominated rewards) are non-refundable, non-transferable, have no cash value outside the Keffi platform, and may not be exchanged for currency. Wallet and rewards balances expire 24 months after the last activity.
5. Subscriptions
Drink subscription plans entitle the holder to the stated number of servings within the validity window. Unused servings expire at the end of the window and are not refundable except as required by law. Subscriptions are tied to your phone number / email and not transferable.
6. Acceptable use
You may not abuse the dynamic pricing engine through automated tools, attempt to extract pricing data at scale, place fraudulent orders, or impersonate another customer or member of Keffi staff.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Keffi's total liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim. We do not assume liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction rests with the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
