Refund & Cancellation Policy

What's refundable, what isn't, and how to claim.

Order cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before the kitchen accepts them (status "Pending"). Once an order moves to "Preparing", cancellation is at the outlet manager's discretion and may be subject to a partial refund.

Refunds

  • Pre-acceptance cancellation → full refund to original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Quality complaint within 30 minutes of pickup → wallet credit equal to the disputed item's value.
  • Wallet top-ups → non-refundable to source after credited (Indian RBI guidelines for closed wallets).
  • Subscriptions → pro-rated refund only within 24 hours of purchase, before any serving is used.
